Aero Norway is covered by the Transparency Act which entered into force on 1st July 2022.This document describes how Aero Norway must ensure compliance with the legal requirements of the act.
Aero Norway has established ethical guidelines that ensure compliance with human rights and that decent working conditions apply to all our activities.
We require that all our suppliers operate to the same ethical standards as Aero Norway and all our contracts therefore stipulate supplier compliance with human rights and the commitment to provide decent working conditions for all employees.
In order to fulfil the requirements for due diligence assessments according to the Transparency Act, Aero Norway will survey conditions both internally in its own operations and with our suppliers and business partners.
Based on this survey, Aero Norway will carry out a risk analysis where there is the greatest risk of basic human rights and decent working conditions violations. To ensure compliance with the legal requirements, priority suppliers will be audited.
Aero Norway will publish our assessment on our website by 30thJune 2023. Click here to view document
